Overall, the carpeting and installation went well and look great. There are a few knicks in the door and doorway from moving things in and out which will require touch up painting.
We just love our new carpeting! Tim O’Brien was the gentleman that helped us and he listened to what we wanted and showed us carpet that fit our needs. We just had the carpet installed today and our installers were professional, courteous and did an excellent job! We would recommend them to anyone!
The two men who brought our area rugs were terrific! They had to move a baby grand piano, and they did it beautifully. The rugs look terrific and we are very happy!
We had three bedrooms and closets and office re carpeted the two men who did the work worked ver ver hard and did a great job and were polite and efficient. The carpets look great. Great job
We had a carpet that was forming a raised ridge down the middle of the room. Installer came and did quick work to stretch the carpet to correct the problem in less than an hour. Outstanding work and friendly too!
What makes the greatest shopping experience is the sales person. Our person was Paul. He made us feel welcome, was friendly, knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations on the products we were looking for. The carpet installers were outstanding. They were helpful, friendly and did a wonderful job on installing the carpet. Five Stars Plus!
The entire process was simple. Went into the office to see our options. Selected two prefinished oak samples to take home for color match. Firmed up our order with detailed scope of work, lead time and time to complete. Project started on time with little mess, which was cleaned completely by the workers. The work was finished as promised and the results are excellent.

My company used DeSitter for a commercial installation and was excellent. The sales staff was professional, courteous and responsive. They helped with design and worked with our customer create a design that was exactly per their wishlist. Installation team was outstanding and the final product looked great!
