We worked with Allan at La Grange for our recent home renovation and found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. DeSitter offers great quality and excellent personal service. From the expert help in the showroom by Paul to the installation completed this weekend all was a pleasant experience. Deliveries were scheduled confirmed and best on time as were the arrival of the installers. We have been customers of Desitters since about 1980. We are never disappointed. Love my new sunroom floor.
Karen Gaimari is terrific to work with and she helped me find the perfect carpet for my home once again. The installation guys came right on time, were careful not to mark the walls (new paint in room where carpet was installed), and were very polite. DeSitter Carpets is very professional, the products are high quality, and workmanship is excellent. Highly recommended.

Terry was wonderful. Especially having to go back and forth getting samples from her car on a rainy day. Knows her job. The installers were.....fast, Fast, FAST! 3.5 hours to install living room, dining room, stairs and small hallway. Cleaned up after themselves and did an outstanding job. The new carpet? GORGEOUS! SOFT! compliments the newly painted rooms perfect. Can't say enough good things. We will be using DeSitter flooring again without hesitation.
The whole process was nearly painless. Terry and my designer Liz helped me select the right carpeting for my family room. The carpeting is beautiful, soft, and pet friendly. The installation was done quickly and could have been done even earlier had I been ready! Will happily use DeSitter again.
From consultation on types of flooring, convenience of estimate to final installation we rate a 5 star experience! Not to mention the personal attention of staff at each contact was refreshing versus the “big box discount” experience! Very satisfied and will definitely seek out DeSitters for future flooring!!
