Very helpful customer service. The Infinity I'm working on was built with several different types of steering racks. Very confusing. Robbie A. went above and beyond to ensure I received the correct rack. I can tell he was dedicated to the company and more important the customers. After trying to order online without establishing an account, my order was lost. I spoke to Max of customer service and we were able to get the parts on order and establish that the original order had not been processed.
