I bought a couple of things from this outfit and have to say had good luck - the parts *******, were delivered on time and - so far - have not failed.However, after reading reviews here and in other places, I realized that my luck was a statistical fluke, and most customers had EXTREMELY bad luck with both products and - most importantly - customer service so, despite 5 stars I gave detroit axle based on my experience, today I decided to go with OEM to avoid typical hassles associated with this company.In the future, I might... read more

Ordered hubs for a Dodge Ram **** directly from Detroit Axle. The gentleman I talked to was very professional and courteous. Ordering was a breeze. Very friendly and a pleasure doing business with this company. I will be ordering parts for another truck I own and Detroit Axle looks like they will be getting my business for that vehicle as well. I will update more on how the hubs are holding up at a later date.
Great customer service. I had to return purchase I made from Detroit Axle due to a mistake by my mechanic; customer representative was great with entire process.
I had to return brakes that didn't fit. The experience took a long time due to holidays **** work schedules. Through the entire exchange, **** (******) was fabulous. Kept me in the loop and kept me informed. Helped find the proper brakes and got them to me as soon as we were able to verify sizes. Best customer service ever.
