I ordered a slotted rotor and brake kit for a 2018 Ram 2500. The package arrived okay, but when I opened the boxes, the brake cleaner was ruptured and leaking. Two of the clips were bent causing me to reuse the "old" ones. In the same bag, the caliper lubricant was torn and there was quite a mess in the package. I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of vehicle parts, Wheel bearings, cv axles, calipers, brake pad sets, rotors, tie rod sets inner and outer. suspension parts. and have been extremely happy with the parts. I have also been amazed how quickly the parts arrive. Now, the reason I gave 4 stars is the return policy. I only have returned a front end suspension kit, due to the vehicle being to rusted out to use the new parts. Always use Detroit axle, great quality. This time, the paint on the brake pads was to thick though. My mechanic had to remove some of from where the pads fit onto the hardware so he could make them fit properly. No other problems
