Had two front brake pads missing, contacted customer service and spoke to ***** who was very helpful and was able to ship a complete ser of pads to make me whole again and sent me a 10 coupon for my next purchase. Spot on Detroit Axle. This is my second complete brake kit I have purchased and will continue to buy from you. Quality parts, awesome price and customer service.

Their shipping department has messed up twice in a row, on the same order. I ordered 1 full brake kit and 4 struts...box came, no struts. 2nd and 3rd customer service reps were helpful, next box came, only 2 struts....again, customer service was good, now I'm waiting for my 3rd delivery and I'm hoping they don't cut this one in half again! It's a warehouse job, you'd think it wouldn't be so difficult. This may be my last time ordering with Detroit Axle.
