Absolutely the worse company I had ever had to deal with and am still dealing with. 2 weeks and still not only trying to but still haven't got a simple 53 dollar refund dollar. Be prepared if you ever need a refund to fight tooth and nail!

Received items on time which was great. I had to return some of the items. It's been almost 3 months and still haven't received my money back. Every time I call them they tell me that it's in pending and that I'll receive my money back within 72 hrs. NOT!!! I been waiting on the phone for the last hour and still all operators are busy as I'm posting this. Never again. I would give them 1/4 of a star for refunds.
i ordered my cv axle and it was only 1 transaction, and it came out with 3 transactions i am not pleased with this

Incorrect parts shipped. Very Difficult to get customer service The kit came with an incorrect rear rotor (the rest of the kit appears correct) The incorrect rotor in the box was not really even close to the correct part. I called the 888 number and after a long looping automated message in regards to call volume, I spoke with an operator named John. Since I cannot update my original review, I will post another. In regards to the below comment to simply contact Detroit axle, I already did this. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes to wait to speak to the one customer service rep and requested my refund. However, I never got it. Nor did I see the point in spending another $65($40 deposit + $25 shipping) for another strut that will just fail(already had two fail).
