After briefly speaking with Oscar today whom I found to be very arrogant unprofessional and overall incompetent as a supervisor customer care representative for your company. as I explained I expect my full refund in a timely expedited manner I do not wish to do business again with detroit axel as as I'm a customer and I should not have been disrespected or talk to and they condescending manner thank you but no thank you the service will horrible.

Order part on Tuesday, I was charged for part, sent confirmation of purchase. THEY DIDN’T SEND THE PART. I called couple days later and asked about it and was told it hadn’t been sent. Good company used them before no problems, but this one blew my mind.

Horrible customer service. I was just hung up on by their representative. I received the wrong parts. I understand mistakes happen. It's been 3 weeks and 4 phone calls and I still don't have what I paid for.. BUYER BEWARE! Never again for me. Signed. Scott Blanchette

Sent faulty part and it arrived late. I am being told store credit only. I sent part back it arrived late, so I'm being told. What do I get for it arriving late to me? Loosing $150 is what

Absolutely horrible experience. Detroit Axle shipped me the incorrect or defective struts for my 2016 Chevy Impala LTZ. Their part number is supposed to fit all model impalas 2013 to 2017. After researching this further GM has a different strut # for the LTZ compared to LT. My car bottoms out, sits lower in the front and the struts rattle. 1st they want me to send a service report from my shop then they want pictures of the struts then they say they are going to ship me another set of the same struts to the tune of $78 ... read more

Bought a remanufactured rack and pinion went through the trouble of taking mine out installed the new one and what do you know? It leaks from every part of it. I tried taking it out checking for seals come to find out it’s missing more than one. Now the new rack and pinion is worse than my old one and puts me at risk of an accident. Not to mention now my power steering pump will fail because of this issue. NEVER BUY FROM HERE

The parts are complete GARBAGE! Never buying again I have spent so much time having to replace these brand new Detroit axle parts with name brand parts that I am sick. On top of that customer service pretty much said nothing they could do without a certified mechanic writing a note or some crap. I put the parts in myself and there’s no reason for this at all. Your products are crap.
