I ordered a part back in March. An email said a label was created however the product never shipped. I requested a updated several time in the following weeks and months with no response. Let's see if they even give me a refund. May be our hundreds of dollars. Order #671829

Ordered rotors and pads all the way around. Received four front rotors. Emailed customers service to no reply. Called customer service and they told me once they receive the two extra front rotors they'll send me the rear. I explained this weekend is my only time off until the end of next month. I'll send the rotors and they can send me the replacements. The opperator laughed and said they will not send them without receiving the return first. Last time I order from Detroit Axle. ésta 694447 es mi segunda compra y no aparece, Detroit axle creó una etiqueta en UPS 1Z7505F36735345001 pero no ha llegado nada, sigo esperando respuestas, en UPS generaron "investigación" y ya vamos para el segundo mes, y ya pagué $415.20 dolares sin tener nada.

I ordered some rotors for my vehicle and I never got them. UPS said that they were delivered but I never received them. I called UPS I filed a complaint and they did an investigation I also called Detroit axle and they said there’s nothing that they can do and I have to file the complaint with UPS so I did that and UPS refunded Detroit axle for the money but Detroit axle nor UPS ever contacted me to let me know. when I finally called UPS back they notify me that they had already refunded the money to Detroit axle but no on... read more

Freaking junk. Do not waste your time buying from this company. They do not respond for any warranty on their parts. Go back with original gm parts.

I had the worst experience with Detroit Axle. I ordered 16 parts for my Dodge challenger that has a 10year warranty. First person i talk to told me i didn't have the warranty but it says it on my receipt. The next person i talk to told me i could only use it one time on each part. I know that this can't be true . My stress level is at a all time high. I have to purchase all new parts but i still suppose to have a warranty. I will never recommend this company to anyone

Worst company I've ever bought parts from. Bought brakes and rotors for front and back of my vehicle, they purposely sent wrong parts. Then had to fight with them to get the right ones, for the to just send rear rotors no brake pads and no front rotors or pads. Then had to call again and fight to send the rest of my order and the compensation for all of my agrivation is 10% off my order a whopping 20 bucks. WHAT A JOKE! I will never order anything from this company again and anyone else that does good luck!!!!

Will not ship to p.o. boxes. Boohoo. I shop somewhere else. 100's of transactions in the past, all done now. Let us know if you fix it.
