The shipping of Rack assemblies is different from their normal shipping. Not same day in my case. Could be up to a week.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Called and got no help, asked for a return shipping label and never received one. Sent an email to customer service and no reply. I ordered rotors on line and it said exact fit and it's not. Beware you are nothing to this company.
I recently purchased a brake and rotor kit for a 2004 Chevy Malibu. Last evening I went to install the front pads and rotors. The pads, brackets, grease and rotors seemed like they where good quality. I was having a little trouble installing the caliper bracket and I noticed that the rotor was a little bigger. Now I compared the old part to the new part and verified the new ones where about an 1/2" bigger. I’ve had the worse experience with this company I’m shock on how shady they are about their warranty process. I purchased a front end suspension kit through eBay with a 10 year warranty. I called to warranty some loose parts they couldn’t find my information I had to called eBay to get transactions# called back they still couldn’t find it. Eventually they found it through my email address after giving it to them the third guy I got lucky everyone their speaks English as their third language. Horrible experience. After waiting over a week and being told that my parts (Order #672010) were shipped, I was just told that my parts were not available and a refund was being sent. No communication whatsoever…I had to call to get this info. So frustrating!
03 F250 Hubs I bought from you guys suck. I got 5 months out of a set Purchased Drilled and slotted rotors and a rotor shattered during install of the wheel. Never made it to 150# torque and rotor shattered
ZERO STARS!!!! Check their BBB rating (F!!!) before ordering. Don't buy anything unless you plan on losing your money. I was shipped the wrong thing, had to beg and beg for my money back after returning it weeks earlier. Horrible customer service.
The website would not allow me to order anything due to not being able to deliver to P.O boxes. When I switched it to my home address (which we don't revive anything at unless it's ups or FedEx) it told me my address didn't match my billing address. Also wouldn't allow me to ship to my work. I tried a couple different cards and always said the same thing. I'm upset because I've heard good things about Detroit axle but they won't let me order.
Been ordering parts for 10+ years now 1000s of $ spent they send me the wrong part now I have to pay to get the rite one ill take my business else where very dirty company
