Dialpad's use in the workplace Dialpad allows an easy way to have a work number to have calls with clients without it convening with your personal cell
Going in the right direction but failing to to achieve basic level service Constantly having issues when making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls. Contact support and they are very nice people but issue doesn't get resolved. Or system starts working for a few days and then goes back to doing the same thing. It is an intermittent issue not just with me but other users as well.
OK but room for improvement I have switched to an Acer Chromebook. Since switching laptops, Dialpad is not as compatible or user friendly as when it used it on a non-chromebook. I've had to use several work arounds and reached out for assistance many times. Regardless of the laptop type, I receive many complaints while on the line with customers of echos, delay in sound (much like on some video conference platforms), and weak connection.
Worse program ever! Dialpad is an awful program that really needs revamping. The cost of the product with how well it does NOT work is astounding.
Dialpad is here to stay for all time our company will never go back Ease of use on the platform is next to none. Dialpad is here to stay at our company. Integration like no other and were very pleased by the service
I want hard phones back. When the phone first launched there was some adjusting to using a soft phone, we have both the app and the embedded dialer. The first problem that I had was that my job requires that I have multiple pages open and the embedded dialer would disable the phone when I switched to a different tab. This caused me to go in and out of availability when our team really needed the phone support. Ultimately I had to completely disable the embedded dialer and just use the app.
Dialpad - Might want to look at other options... Dialpad fails to meet the standard of what was promised. We regularly have service interruptions that Dialpad blames on us, yet they are present no matter where the call is taken, (Home, work, etc)
Dialpad Review At times, can be extremely unreliable. Calls will be dropped with no explanation or help to resolve. Outbound calls will randomly stop unless you completely force shut dialpad app. Loading bubbles will stay on your screen until you force stop the app. When leaving a voicemail and an inbound call comes in, it glitches which sometimes prevents you from accepting the inbound call. There are new issues that come up every week. There are a lot of improvements that need to be made.
