Dialpad likes and dislikes Dial pad is great. It has a clear design and easy to use. There are sometimes delays when the phones are busy and that can be frustrating at times. Listening and talking is clear and the transcript works well.
Great for teams with a need for slight improvements Dialpad is a great integration for the team, easy to use, and great to use among team members. I enjoy the integration with our office phones and how we're able to text our students.
Occasionally drops calls even when I pick up. But overall a good product Occasional issues, but good overall. Would sometimes disconnect when I pick up, or would disconnect mid conversation. But when it works, it is great.

Great solution with growing pains There have honestly been a lot of tech issues, but we've been working with dialpad on the errors we find. They're typically things like not hearing the prospect/ vice versa, or not allowing us to dial valid numbers
A must have for any remote team Overall an upgrade from the system we were using before. More capabilities and function while allowing me to do my job where ever and whenever.
Great potential, Overall easy to work with Overall experience with Dialpad has been good, however at times issues make doing my daily job very difficult to complete. Dialpad has been moderately responsive in response to the issues, but my overall impression of Dialpad is neutral.
Lots of potential and bugs Lots of call dropping, crashes, and poor connections. I think the voicemail feature is nice, but it has a lot of bugs when trying to outbound call or one coming in at the same time.
Dialpad makes my job much easier! Overall it is an amazing product, The only part I have any issues with is the Voice Intelligence as it doesn't always record and the transcripts aren't always accurate. Outside of that dialpad is an integral part of my day to day work and helps me accomplish my job.
