Very user freindly! It has been wonderful! In the short time that I have been using dialpad, I have had little issues to none. It was very easy to learn how to use.
Integration great when works Overall good for making calls, just drops calls sometimes. 90% of the time it works great, but when the calls drop, it makes it difficult. Sometimes it will be down for m whole team for over 30 minutes.
DialPad is good for a small call center DP will drop for multiple agents on a daily basis. We can't route based on area. Not robust enough for what we want to do.
