Great product! Excellent Call Transcription service. Love this product! Has brought simplicity to the call center, and how calls are handled. Absolutely love the Transcription service on calls. Allows for better clear understanding, even with a bad connection.
Dialpad is practical and easy I'm happy to use Dialpad. It's nice and complete. This service allows me to help my clients in the best possible way.
Overall good system, needs better integration with CRM The system works well but a lot of manual steps are required for logging activities since they don't auto-populate for all accounts.
Great product with very little down side. The overall experience of switching to Dialpad seems to have been about as enjoyable as possible when changing a process for an entire company. For the most part it has been very good.
Dial Pad is the redefined VOIP solution Dial Pad has very well improved our support experience for our customers. Its access over multiple devices is really cool and switching between them in real-time is really helpful.
Basic But Not The Worst, It Functions At Least Overall, this service is pretty average. I haven't used many services like this so I will admit I don't have much experience dealing with call center programs but I wasn't impressed. It's basic, it's glitchy, it's organized weirdly. Maybe get a better coder and some graphic design teams to make it make sense.
Easy to Use Dialpad has been seamless and easy, using it throughout my workday makes phone calls easy. I can merge calls, hold, hang up, and dial to reach my intended parties.
Dialpad is a great tool for success I really think Dialpad does an amazing job at helping me with being successful in my job. It is easy to use and dependable.
Overall will get the job done a lot of issues with Dialpad especially after updates issues with calls dropping/ not being able to call out app freezing up etc. works well most of the time but has periodic issues that usually take days to resolve even after submitting a ticket with customer service.
