An innovative VOIP solution Working with DialPad was a great. We ran a rather long POC, and DialPad was enthusiastic and involved. Our users ended up liking it a lot.
average It is okay not user friendly, there is alot of different buttons and options i think there would be a better way to simplify the database
Brilliant call center platform Dialpad has been very easy to work with and the platform is simple to onboard. Instructions and layout is intuitive which makes implementation a snap.
Very insightful and reliable service! connectivity and support have been great. They're also adding more features to their analytics that are very cool. I just wish I could export more of the reports that are availale.
GREAT Dialpad has been great! I have rarely had any issues of connection. Sometimes I have issues dialing calls, but I just reopen the app and I have no more issues!
Dialpad is a game-changer; a powerful tool in a sales-person's hands. The only roadblocks we've had are some integration issues with our CRM, Outreach but once we fixed that all was well and it has run smoothly.
Dialpad is GREAT I use dialpad everyday at a high volume. It is smooth and a joy to use for a business application. Being able to review the transcripts of my longer calls is invaluable and makes me happy to have an application with such capabilities, and very accurate transcriptions.
