As an admin for dial pad as always been easy and smooth the customer service as always been helpful whenever issues arise which is nice to get a quick response.
Small Business utilizing Contact Center and Departments I feel we may have been sold a solution that didn't meet the needs of our business and as a result, we have had to make multiple changes to our contact center and departments to customize which essentially has moved us back to our previous solution at a higher price point.
