An excellent, no frills IP phone service. It's been a trouble-free experience. Can complete calls without an issue, and see some of the customer information. It also integrates without hiccups with both Salesforce and Zendesk
If you are looking at other providers... look no further. Dialpad has been great and the fact they continually rollout new features is great. They are in the forefront of the VOIP space.

It gets the job done, but make sure you take time on the front end to set it up properly Overall it's a decent product/service, but certainly not without faults. We implemented right before the pandemic hit in 2020, so it someway it's saved us when we were forced to go remote. Since then we've had issues with the quality of calls, dropped calls, calls not ringing through to the user, but going right to vm.
