Solid Telephony Platform, Some Refinement Needed Great telephony platform. Analytics could be more robust. Difficult to use the platform to track agent activity, availability etc.

Transforming Calls Has been an incredible system for making and taking both sales and customer service calls. One day I thought I was having an issue with the software (user error), I was able to reach support quickly and they investigate the issues and informed me where the problem was stemming from. They were super kind even when it turned to be a misunderstanding of the system on my end.
Quick and easy all day long I love working with my dial pad. I can reach my clients all day long. And the connection is always great!

Excellent way to connect professionally using Dialpad as an admissions representative and I find that it is an easy way for me to contact students on my roster, like that I can text them and show my availability
Great tool for making cold calls Dialpad is great for us to not only make cold calls but to also better understand which numbers we're connecting with. Also, it gives us the ability to go back and listen to our calls. Ultimately, we use the tool as a revenue driver to make outbound phone calls, and I think that it does a great job at that.
