Best proxy phone application so far. Overall, the application is quite responsive. But there are times that the application buffers for a second or two when I try to contact a new customer.
Great Product! Things are going great. I love being able to integrate this into our other software.
Dialpad Is Awesome! Dialpad has been extremely helpful in advancing ways we can communicate with customers, and helpful tools to provide your customer with a better experience. Being able to go back and look at transcript's from the calls you've taken, or being able to listen to a recording for quality assurance, are just two small features on Dialpad that I've found to be useful almsot everyday I'm at work.
Improve the way of interacting with clients using VoIP and Application In most companies, there exist an unoptimized and amateur contact service that mostly has 15-20 requests at a time. Using Dialpad contact center, we have improved our way of communicating with clients with the digitalized VoIP system.

Dialpad- A reliable all-in-one communications platform. I enjoy using Dialpad overall! I really like the abilities to video call, share screen, and text/call. As well as its conferencing abilities. The mobile application works well and helps keep work life and normal life separate yet connected.
