I hate this app is because when I first pushed opened it I pushed to make a calll and it said trying to reconnect and I put in my Gmail and password and said it is incorrect and I already know my passwords and all of my private stuff already horrible app!!
Call quality and noise cancellation and able to edit entered comment are some of the key features they lack. Deleting text is also not allowed whole application gets hanged. Last one you cannot share files
Poorly designed, not easy to navigate. Calls constantly missed, you can see an incoming call, but then oops dailpad fails to connect the call. Half the calls made fail to connect. Thank god I kept magicjack . At least they are reliable.
Sign up problem
Poorly designed app, it's primary function is to make and receive calls yet to do this you need to hit + then hit "make call" then enter the number or search for your contact. The standard android dialer you just open the dialer, enter number or search for contact. There is definitely room to improve the app. when on the phone people also complain of significant lag. Also sms is not available in Australia.

30 second delays are horrible.
Horrible app. Audio is awful. You can only tell whos calling when youre looking at your phone and the call pops up, because for some reason the caller ID goes away and all you get is a number. The calls you make or receive automatically store in your PERSONAL cell phone call log. And you have no options of fixing it. Audio is choppy, and sometimes you can hear you're own voice echoing. Also when you call someone in the app it dials from your phone to some random number. Worst app ever.
I had an issue related to not being able to cancel Dialpad online. Through this, I got introduced to Francis at Dialpad; The worst customer service rep ever. Rather then helping me, Francis would ignore my question and send me highlighted screenshots of their user agreement. Thanks Dialpad. While the service is pretty good, and the app works well, the customer service is enough to not come back.
