It could be better.. not perfect many bugs and basic features missing.. should be exactly like any Messenger..
Poor user experience and buggy application. App will randomly call back last dialed # when answering an incoming call. Excessive lag when establishing a call connection once a call is answered (wifi or data network). Calls that are answered by forwarding to mobile # get disconnected in 20-30 minutes. Always on top radio button has a transparency issue. Unable to see available options, as the menu drop-down is transparent. Mute button lag and is not always recognized when using app.
Nice app in phone ..but I has tab...in ,my tab is galaxy tab a .so this app doesn't work for me .. but in my mothers phone this app using nice .. if u give a dial pad fo tab too ..please do a dialpad for tab too.. then I will give u 5 stars.
Poor app Even on 10mbps it doesn't allow me to make calls
Our firm has SSO with Google for dialpad. The desktop app works fine, but the mobile app gives an error when I try to log in ('something is going wrong. Please try again later')
Not stable, inconsistent behavior and performance. No way to test audio the way you can with desktop or browser clients. Audio behavior unpredictable; sometimes it lets me talk through BT connected headset, later in same session will not. Sometimes it lets me use speakerphone, sometimes it will not. Unintuitive and clunky to navigate between agent queue and group chat. Does not consistently ring for next in queue, shows missed calls while event is actively waiting for call. All in all, a mess.
Constantly drops calls, crashes when I try to answer, or calls don't even ring. The newest update made everything significantly worse. Good support team but boy, you'll need it.
App doesn't let me answer calls when they come in. Calls are constantly dropping. Not a great choice for making a lot of calls on.
