Beware, Dialpad agents Iris and Gennifer tricked me into spending around $100 on an upgrade to test pro features during my 30 day free trial which they said was refundable but then later denied. Iris said 'You would need to get 3 licences in order to upgrade your account.'...'We can always refund them for you of you'd like to revert the charges after you are done testing the feature.'. So I reluctantly paid for the pro licenses, but when I tried to cancel within the 30 days they said no.
Tends to over phone prevent from using phone call app. Drops calls regularly.
Everytime I attempt to make a call the other side picks up and no one can hear anything. Apparently I'm muted. I can only tell the other side picked up when the call time starts counting in the drop down notification bar in my Android system. But even on the app no call count no dialing tone during the ringing...it seems to be completely frozen. It's also worth mentioning that sledomly it works when I can hear the ringing while dialing.
Sometimes it works. Sometimes the calls will never come to your mobile device for no discernible reason whatsoever
I am using app for work. My dog ruined my headset and to avoid missing calls I loaded on my phone. I've since removed the app but calls still come in. App is no longer on my phone. Why am I still getting work calls
Not a phone app. Do not install. Forcing drivers to perform multiple actions just to pick up a call is absurdly dangerous for a phone app. How about not forcing drivers to interact with their phones by default? I was assigned a random number before my actual number was ported. After the port you have to pick your ported number EVERY SINGLE SINGLE TIME YOU WANT TO TEXT! I had to change my business number because I was unable to pick up a single call and missed callers disappear from the inbox
Don't try to install
"Something went wrong. Please try again." I've been getting this message every time I load the app. It all of a sudden stopped working. The website portal works just fine, but there is no point on mobile.
I should be able to use my cellular provider service and not Wi-Fi
