This sports club is beautiful, no doubt. Locker rooms are clean and spacious, pools are gorgeous, grounds are well kept. But the cafe is a joke! The food is extremely over priced, not seasoned, and gross! There was one person taking orders, one person working register, one (very sweaty) person making food, and another drinking a soda and making smoothies. The whole process was a disappointment. The equipment is constantly breaking down and I got harassed by the personal trainers. For the money you're paying for this gym you would think it would be a lot better.

This place is overpriced and is not worth it. You pay 80$ and you can't even bring a guest in for free. They make you pay 15$ just for a one day pass. Don't go here

I've been a member almost since they opened and really nothing has changed about this facility other than their prices going up. The customer service has gotten worse each year. I recently called to ask a question about billing at nine in the morning and their number says they're closed. After trying repeatedly several times I finally got someone to answer the phone to tell me that they would charge $25 to cancel my daughters membership when she goes off to college. Terrible customer service. I canceled my membership and apparently went in there on the 16th (Sunday was the 15th). Without telling me, I filled out the information to cancel, but apparently in that paperwork it says if after the 15th you will be charged for another month. You don't know this before you cancel. Nothing was mentioned at all when I canceled. I actually walked away thinking I was done, there was no conversation about your membership won't cancel for 45 days. Really? Overpriced for the services they provide. Found it after I signed up that I should have received a veteran discount since they offer that. The lady that signed me up knew I was a veteran but didn't even say anything about it. Had canceled my membership due to medical reasons then got a bill in the mail 2 months later saying I owed a lot of money and that my membership was being canceled because of what I owed!! Umm no! Racist staff member, Melissa, was rude and condescending to my parents when they recently came to visit. She kept correcting them and acting as if they could not speak a word of English (they can, they have been living here for 30+ years, but even if they couldn't--that is unacceptable behavior) and therefore didn't need to help them. We used to be members, but would never consider returning due to severe mistreatment. If you are a person of color, you should avoid giving your money to this facility. Dirty, unsanitary facility. The men's sauna has not been sanitized at least since July 16. The same disposable razor in the same location since two months ago. Calls to the corporate office gets you lip service. Cleaning means more than picking up towels club owner. It smells. Sauna was cleaned, very well. First off I would I would give the club itself and everything else about it 4.5 to 5 stars. However, we had an appointment with DAVID For a junior fitness training. DAVID is very bad for this business. Rude condescending little boy/man who should first learn how to treat customers before he is allowed to deal with them without immediate supervision.
