Excellent service We were very anxious about flying a puppy on two flights to us, but Dogtainers helped put our minds at rest particularly during his stopover in Brisbane where they sent us photos of him being looked after and looking happy and healthy. He arrived safely in a roomy crate and we have our beautiful boy now. Highly recommended.

Importation of a dog- Thank you to Emma of Dogtainers for helping to bring in our girl from overseas. It was made easy by Emma with a few hiccups on our way (due to travel and flight changes) sorted by Emma is a speedy time with no headaches to us. Thank you Emma!

Fantastic people who loves your pet like their own After tracking Buddy's flight from Melbourne and once it landed in Sydney it was countdown on his arrival home and while anxiously waiting for a call or text the message came from Jivi Garrido Buddy's driver and handler for delivering to us. Great professional Service We engage Dogtainers to move our 4 year old cat from USA to Far North Queensland, since initial approach communication was very clear and process explained that make process flow without an issue. From initial meetings with Laura and then taken over by Jess and Amelia, they were very professional on their communication and follow ups. Highly recommend Dogtainers!

Flawless service I cannot recommend Dogtainers highly enough. We flew our two big rescue dogs from Melbourne to Dubai, which is no easy task. Lisa at Dogtainers offered support and guidance beyond their services inclusions throughout the entire process and was extremely proactive. Would use their services again without a doubt.

Phenomenal service, great price, peace of mind. We organised a very last minute move from North Queensland to the UAE right before Christmas - and had thought of everything except how we would get our three year old cat there with us. Two Kelpies to Thailand awesome Want to recommend Dogtainers for all pet transport needs. The level of service and professionalism was really high and they provided timely updates on each step of the journey. The responsiveness was fast and their recommendations were really helpfull. I used them to transport my two Australian Kelpies to Thailand and Lisa who was our case manager was easy to work with and very astute.

Excellent And Attentive Care Bibi and all the Dogtainers staff looked after the move from Sydney to Jeddah for Teddy and Yumiko. No detail or explanation was too much for them, and the guys moved safely and comfortably in February 2023. When we move back to Oz, we will using Dogtainers again!
