The best care and attention Jordan is my representative from Dogtainers. He is one of the most caring and helpful people I've had the pleasure of working with. He was totally empathetic to my feelings when I had to transport my 2 birds to their new home. He's also been very helpful when assisting in moving my 2 dogs.

Amazing service and care Even with the super early pick up (0330) the lady showed love and care for our Molly dog and was very friendly. Incredible Service! I sent my beloved 11 year old dog to the USA using dogtainers. I was nervous because of his age and he was a rescue who had suffered from "fear of the unknown" !! The minute I spoke to Sad'e I was put at ease. She was kind, attentive and understood the fear I was feeling. She was there every step of the way with us and I can't thank Sad'e and dogtainers enough for getting our Sunny safely to the otherside of the world!
So easy Communication was great, pick up & drop off was so easy with animals arriving safely and stress free. Thanks team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to send their pets. Thank you DogTainers
Highly recommended service The service I received from Dogtainers was absolutely sensational! My 2 neo mastiff puppies were transported from Cairns to Darwin super fast and efficient. Communication was excellent. Would definitely use there services again in the future. Thank you Dogtainers your service was outstanding & very professional.
Room for improvement Having recently having to make the move from Qld to WA with a braccy breed 1, and a 13.5yr old pug 2 this trip couldnt be more stressful. The staff themself were always very nice, friendly and professional, but the lack of follow up was disappointing. I was assured on many occasions of calls and pictures whereas only one lovely lady [Name Removed] the collection agent followed through up to the end of her shift. Simply the BEST!!!! We can't thank Alexandra Charles and all the amazing staff at Dogtainers enough for not only keeping us calm and reassured of the process for our dogs travel along with organizing flights, crate sizing, vet checks, vaccinations, customs etc for our 2 dogs to travel from Brisbane, Australia to Madrid, Spain and then road transported to Malaga in the south of Spain to our door.
