Wonderful care for our Lulu Excellent customer service and wonderful care for our beloved three legged cat who boarded for three days before travelling from sunny Queensland to the north of England via Qatar. She arrived to our door looking relaxed, content and ready to explore her new home.

Professional, reliable and friendly We recently relocated from Auckland to North Canterbury and found the service from Dogtainers was very professional reliable and friendly would definitely recommend them and use them again if required. Professional and caring! An amazing team that helped us feel like they really cared about reuniting us with our precious dog. Their communication was excellent, provided updates of how our baby was doing in quarantine, and drove all the way down to Hawkes Bay to deliver her.
