A* service Amazing service. I tried everywhere to find a company to bring my puppy from Auckland to Tauranga. Borders were closed and flights were cancelled in the peak of covid lockdowns. Helped me when no one else would My puppy was due to be flown from the North Island to the South Island while we were in lockdown 2021. His initial flight with a company got canceled and when I contacted a number of companies none would help me. I did get they were exceptional circumstances but I also knew how important it would be to get my puppy as close to 8 weeks for his development. So incredibly helpful I was in a state trying to get my pets to fly to our new home, I'd tried two other companies who could not help saying that they were not flying any pets.
