Excellent service. Great experience in challenging times. My experience on the phone was great, everything explained thoroughly and efficient with booking arrangements. The overall service was fantastic- managed to get a flight for my dog the next day- totally unexpected after long border closures. Service at the collection point was also great- the lady collecting my pet in Sydney liaised with the sender to find alternative collection arrangements due to the rains & floods. Couldn’t do it without them! Honestly if you need to travel with your dog to nz, it’s a mission but Courtlynd from dog tainers really made it happen for us. With the ever changing rules and access to pre departure tests it was a god send to have her work through everything for us. Super happy I contacted Dogtainer to collect two adult Rottweilers, they were brilliant, sorting crates big enough, keeping in touch the whole way, even apologetic about the costs from airline, during the covid extreme times

They did everything perfectly. I'm recommending DogTainers to everyone I know. They flew an 11 week old Great Dane cross pup to Auckland from Christchurch. DogTainers made organizing the flight absolutely stress-free. They kept me well-informed at every stage. Instructions for the sending breeder and receiving me were clear and accurate.
