I find the staff are knowledgeable and helpful and explained the procedure very well. The pup was picked up by a very attentive driver who made sure that the puppy had water and a blanket as I was getting cold. All documents were supplied and day to understand.
Fantastic Friendly Service Dogtainers were both professional and easy to deal with. They were quick to respond to any emails or phone calls, and despite my cats hiding in the house and being unable to initially be collected, they worked around it to arrange a secondary pickup time and flight. It was a pleasure working with Dogtainers, the staff are very friendly - highly reccommended!

Our International Move to Singapore from Australia was so easy! Super understanding and helpful Ben Betts was superb! I misunderstood some things and missed a cut off date, I called and got Ben and he sorted EVERYTHING and is a prompt manner. He was incredibly communicative and I had full trust in the safe arrival and good care of my new puppy. Before that going through the quote process with Evangeline was great, again, patient, helpful and understanding. Will happily use these folks again!
Excellent Service Very efficient under extremely difficult services.Our Airedale came from Perth to Melbourne so flights got cancelled many days.All the girls were so helpful and understanding made our stressful situation much easier.
Awesome experience Moving to Qld from NSW we were a little bit stressed about transporting our two dogs. There was no need. Once we started talking to Dogtainers all the stress dissapeared. Mary's communication was awesome. We new exactly when what was going to happen.. Our doggies got picked up on time and got delivered to us after an overnight stay, a flight and quite a few hours on the road. Professional and Compassionate! We were relocating from Perth to Sydney and the Pet transport agency with whom we had booked our dog (Shadow) goofed up, no crate was arranged for his transfer nor anyone available to help. Gabriella from DogTrainers (Perth) was there to transport the pets booked with them and she was moved by our plight and took Shadow under her wing till the original transfer agency turned up.
