Professional and caring Communication was thorough and met our need. My co-ordinator stepped up and sorted out a mistake of someone else's making. Our dog was cared for and arrived safe and sound.
Caring, reassuring and great communication I was so happy with the service from the caring gentleman that picked my 2 puppies in Tasmania to the lady in Perth who delivered them to my door and rang me to let me know how they were going . Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
Excellent service while working under the pump I was actually the sender and receiver. Josh was really responsive to my frequent questions and I know he and his colleagues are really under the pump at this time of year. Our pup arrived all excited and happy, so we're very happy too and wish Josh and the crew a fabulous Christmas.
Great pet transport company Dogtainers were so responsive to all my emails. This was one of the reasons I chose them to transport my cat from Australia to the Philippines. They looked after her so well and helped to ease my mind about the travel. I would definitely use them again.
Sydney to Dubai - great service all the way through Very soft, kind, gentle, prompt and humane dog transportation service. Highly recommended. Hassle free and very accommodating to anxious parents. Not pushy. Dubai agent receiving our dog was exactly the same. Perfect experience.
The most pleasing company I dealt with in an interstate move during covid. Moving from Victoria to north of Cairns was a logistical nightmare when the rules were constantly changing between states. My experience with Dogtainers, specifically Emma, was so easy going and understanding of the situation. I was giving almost weekly updates and there was just never a hassle with Emma. Pets migration - Australia to Portugal We are very very happy with the service we received from Dogtainers and Geocargo in relocating our 4 furbabies from Australia to Portugal. Pets were collected by the driver Rex for their journey from Canberra to Sydney, Rex was very calm with our babies which was reassuring as they commenced their long journey. Grateful for the communication during the transfer Being both the sender and receiver was always going to be a logistical nightmare. We were met promptly in Adelaide by Vicky. Chrissy had a stopover with Ben in Brissy, who sent welcomed progress photos, fixed her water dish and we appreciated his followup as well. The initial booking communication needs improvement.
Fantastic service The service provided by Alycia was outstanding. She was so friendly, helpful and reassuring. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for the safe arrival of our puppy. We can’t thank her enough and l thoroughly enjoyed dealing with her. It’s been such a pleasure.
