Incredible customer service; very caring Dogtainers collected my cat from quarantine in Melbourne, boarded her overnight, and then put her on a plane to Canberra where I picked her up. Throughout they were very helpful and diligent about tracking every step of the process and providing updates. Ben in particular was amazing when I called to ask if I could collect my cat myself once she landed in Canberra. Wonderful Service Dogtainers collected my dog from PEQ in Melbourne, where she was in quarantine after arriving from Hong Kong, and then flew her to Sydney. Whilst she waited for her evening flight, the team took good care of her at their facilities, and even sent me photos which was fantastic as quarantine were not allowed to send any. Communication of her logistics was excellent, and she arrived on time and in excellent condition. Thank you so much Dogtainers team for taking good care of my dog.
The best in the business! I contacted Dogtainers to assist me with our move from Australia to the US for my two cats. I was extremely nervous as it's a very long trip and how they would respond. Amazing service and caring staff The service I received from Zoe.H at Dogtainers has been absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to work around cancelled flights and covid lockdowns to ensure our little puppy arrived safely and in a timely manner, I cannot speak higher of her. Ben Betts-Macleod Outstanding Service What outstanding service we receive from Ben. Our dog was supposed to fly from Tasmania to Queensland which we thought was quite straight forward. Above and beyond! Dogtainers was fantastic to work with! They went above and beyond the call of duty to get a puppy into Sydney while they were in lockdown. The first flight was cancelled due to the restrictions, and Dogtainers were amazing at securing another flight the following day. They also delivered puppy to the door of the family and ensured everyone was Covid safe. Fabulous! Would definitely recommend.
