Friendly, caring and professional service from Dogtainers Dogtainers came to our rescue at short notice when our dog and cat were due to be released from quarantine in Melbourne and had to fly to different states. Dogtainers were understanding and supportive and kept in contact regarding changes. Our animals arrived happy. After that we had to fly our dog to Adelaide and again Dogtainers were supportive and flexible to our needs. A big thanks to Emma and her team for friendly and professional service.
Genuinely kind and caring Isaiah was incredibly helpful and went well and beyond to help us out. It was a very stressful situation and he calmly took over and resolved everything for us. He was calm, kind and incredibly patient. In these stressful times it was enormously appreciated. Big shout out to Isaiah from the bottom of my heart
Amazing support and genuine care Dogtainers were very organized, supportive and caring through the whole process. Many thanks to Ruby, Jacky and Amanda with helping me send my dog, from Sydney to the other side of the world, during covid restrictions. It was a big decision but dogtainers were so factual, caring and kept me up to date during the whole process that it was very comforting. End result, a very happy dog living a great life, waiting for me to join her. Thanks heaps

They make it all so easy!!! They are amazing and make everything so easy. We moved from from NSW to NT and we were able to relax knowing our dog was being well looked after. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Looked after the needs of our fur babies arrived safely from w.a to Qld From first contact Mary was fantastic, she arranged for our two cats be picked up and flown from Perth to mt Isa. With pictures of each of there stays between flights . Highly recommend
Trustworthy, excellent service Ben, Isiah and the rest of the team were amazing at getting flights from Sydney to Hobart for my pup organised despite the busy covid times. When I picked up my pup, she was in a nice, clean crate and was as settled as could be expected given the flight. She had plenty of water access and I could tell she had been cared for during her trip. Heart so full! Made my year I can’t thank Bibi, Michael and the whole Dogtainers team enough for making it possible to be reunited with my little best friend after 8 long months apart! On our Australia to Hawaii relocation we had been through a lot of heartache trying to get our dog over during a pandemic, which meant no direct flights from Australia to Hawaii.
