Dogtainers - Definitely the best! What amazing and friendly service! Ben helped to arrange the final part for Bailey’s journey home and we would not have had it any other way. Feeling really anxious, Ben always answered all of my many emails in such a friendly, patient and re-assuring manner - we are forever grateful. Very reassuring and thorough I was extremely worried about putting our fur baby on a plane until I spoke to Amelia. I again rang the next day and Amelia patiently and warmly answered all my questions which has dramatically reduced my concerns. The booking process was quick and easy. Biscuit is yet to fly, but if the service remains as good as Amelia's I'm sure Biscuit and I will be very happy!

Great pet transport company - they really care! I recently transported my 12yo Maltese/Yorkie mix dog from Australia to the US and Dogtainers made the whole process very simple, which was great as other aspects of moving overseas can be very stressful. Thank you Dogtainers for a stress free pet relocation from Aus to NZ! From the get go Dogtainers were a breeze to deal with, it almost seemed to easy! Pups arrived happy and content. Good communication throughout the process and although we had to wait a while for the pups to come through (Dogtainers are not able to control this) the pups appeared happy and content. They came out of the crates well and went back in to them without a problem which indicates that they had a smooth and calm trip. thank you

Excellent Service and Follow up Highly recommend Dogtainers. The airline cancelled the original flight and Dogtainers took the extra care that a paranoid first time owner needed to know her dog was coming home safely.
