Fast and Caring Service After trying unsuccessfully to get urgent information from two other pet carriers, I called Dogtainers and they organised a time and flight over the phone. When they discovered that there was already a paid for booking (dont aske, it's complicated) for my cat they contacted me immediately to refund me and make sure everything would move smoothly. Quick and effective Dogtainers were upmost helpful in short, rapidly changing Covid situation in Victoria. Price vs response time were most favorable comparing to competitors. Thanks, and I can recommend them to any per owner.

Accomodating to last minute trips Great customer service - we literally called the day before we wanted our pup flown up to us (Melbourne to Gold Coast) and 15 minutes later we had everything booked and our pup arrived safely the next day!

Great service! We were recommended Dogtainers by our breeder. Service was all that we could have hoped, very simple and easy to deal with staff. Great communication on the day of travel and our two little ones were delivered on time and were well looked after. Would definitely recommend Dogtainers for your pet transport.

Absolutely amazing!! Everything about dog trainers was fantastic!!! Amanda was awesome to have as my consultant. Quick with her responses and willing to help with any questions I had for my little fur baby. Even when I asked the same question twice. Would highly recommend booking through them as it was stress free and though my baby probably wasn't happy about being stuck in a crate and put on a plane. She arrived safely.

Quick and easy This is my second time I’ve sent my gorgeous fur baby between NSW to WA. Amanda helped me with both bookings. She was great at responding to all my queries and was very knowledgeable about the affects COVID was having on flights and different airlines. The first time I was really worried about how my fur baby would be when she arrived. Honestly, she was not affected at all.
