Efficient & affordable Service Alex was extremely efficient & helpful she organised our puppy transfer from Melb to Perth. Having not experienced this process before she explained everything to us & provided us with reassurance confirming when our puppy was on her way. Apart from the flight being delayed 30 minutes it all went well. We would not hesitate in using Dogtainers again!

Absolutely Brilliant Service! I have just imported my dog from the USA to Australia and the process was made so easy with the help of Dogtainers. Importing a dog from the US to Australia during a pandemic was a daunting process but Sophie helped me every step of the way. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and great to deal with.
