I liked the ease of the onboarding process. Everything is easily spelled out and I knew what exactly had to be done for me to start earning the money. All the incentives were also greatly appreciated!

Even more, I have not met any employees of Doorstead after I move in, only their contract onsite field associate. Doorstead utilizes online high-tech to deliver its impressive services just as Uber or DoorDash. What a truly interesting, innovative and respectable real-estate management company I have ever met.

Taylor and the team are wonderful in helping me through each step of the way to finally signing a tenant. Excellent response time on every question I had. I am currently renting an apartment managed by Doorstead. The showing, paperwork, and move-in process were seamless, as has been communicating with Doorstead employees. Our first (and only) maintenance call has also been flawless; after filling out a repair ticket we heard back within the same day, and by the next morning, we were able to successfully (and easily) fix the issue by working through the provided troubleshooting material/video.
Very, very professional and thorough with their assessment of my property and how they handled the solicitation of potential tenants. Within a week of listing the property we had a signed contract in large part due to the professional and respectful nature of the Doorstead Team. I would not hesitate recommending Doorstead to either family and friends.
Working with Doorstead has been super easy so far. I live out of state, but they were able to schedule repairs and updates, show my listing, keep me informed on showings, and charged a really reasonable rate. They also paid out of pocket for the repairs and added it to my account, so I won't have to pay for anything - I can just let my rental income pay off the amount owed. Overall really easy and a very nice team.
It's been amazing working with the DoorStead team to get my condo ready and finding the right tenant. They have an amazing team who takes away the pain of renting ,vetting the tenants and managing the property from landlords. I opted for Guaranteed Rent option and couldn't be happier.
