I am currently renting an apartment managed by Doorstead. The showing, paperwork, and move-in process were seamless, as has been communicating with Doorstead employees. Our first (and only) maintenance call has also been flawless; after filling out a repair ticket we heard back within the same day, and by the next morning, we were able to successfully (and easily) fix the issue by working through the provided troubleshooting material/video.
