Working with the personnel at Doorstead is always pleasant and efficient. The tenant stated that the AC went out at the house and called Doorstead. Doorstead then contacted me and wanted to know if they needed to dispatch one of their vendors. I declined citing that I had a home warranty company and they agreed. The whole transaction was brief and efficient.

Doorsteads showing process for the condo I wanted to rent was pretty easy, my application was approved and I was able to move into the unit a few weeks after.
They were ok-ish. They took at least 15 days to fix any issue, so I wouldn’t recommend them if you end up living in an older house, like I was. They also take a considerable amount of time to answer any request or email, so don’t expect them to be helping you if you have an urgent situation.

Great job managing end to end process of prepping/painting and good recs on pricing and marketing. Overall Doorstead has been prompt and exacting and makes the experience easy.
Doorstead has done a great job managing our property and they have been very proactive to address and concerns or issues at the house. I've had a number of interactions with them and all of them were pleasant and they were doing their best to ensure a positive outcome.
