Doorstead platform is super easy to use! I just listed my property and already am getting showings and applications. I liked how they guided me through the process of creating my listing, really took the worry out of it. The instructions provided for setting up my lockbox was very straightforward. I like the automated text alert system when I have showings. The price is reasonable for the convenience and value the platform offers.
Doorstead was the management company that was used to get into our new house. From the scheduling of a walk through to the receiving of our keys, it was a quick and simple process. They were quick in responding to questions via email and kept us in line throughout the whole process. Thank you for getting us into our home with no issues.
Everything has been great so far some hiccups have been resolved and things have been repaired. They have addressed my concerns and hopefully everything else goes smoothly. Looking forward to the future

I had a good experience with Doorstead. From the beginning, their team was professional and responsive. They made the rental process smooth and hassle-free, always ensuring that any issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. Maintenance requests were handled fairly quickly, and communication was clear and consistent throughout. Their attention to detail and customer service met my expectations.
