Doorstead made our apartment hunting smooth and easy! The rent price is very reasonable especially for the size and location of the unit. The representatives respond in a timely manner and made sure all of our questions were answered. The application process was very detailed and easy to follow! The only thing that could’ve probably been improved was to make a last minute cleaning of the floor. The unit was toured by several people before we got it so the floor was dusty. The Doorstead owners team handled the property with a thoroughness and commitment that has surpassed all of my expectations. In addition, all maintenance requests are responded to and resolved promptly. The Doorstead owners team is just fantastic!
The unit was great and we’re really keen on pursuing the unit but we haven’t heard back. I really hope that we get a response regarding this unit sooner rather than later.

Very professional, polite and responsive. The property was immaculately cleaned before I moved in. The Tenant Portal is also a nice feature where you can pay rent and request repairs.
