Doorstead helped me find a good tenant and manage my property for last two years. Doorstead, one of the largest rental company in US, has a standard and simple rental agreement document which meets local and Sate regulations and fair to both owner and tenant. Owner is never required to deal with tenant directly, collects rent in timely manner, and provides peace of mind on potential legal issues.
They did a great job handling my condo; their responses are quick, team is courteous in their response, and I am pretty much hands free until things that need my input. My tenants are happy because they are getting back faster than I normally could as a small landlord.
Doorstead was easy to work with, very prompt and efficient! Would definitely reccomend for future tenants looking to rent their home out. They have a great pricing model that fairly evaluates your house and the different options for renting is really great!
