Working with Doorstead has been super easy so far. I live out of state, but they were able to schedule repairs and updates, show my listing, keep me informed on showings, and charged a really reasonable rate. They also paid out of pocket for the repairs and added it to my account, so I won't have to pay for anything - I can just let my rental income pay off the amount owed. Overall really easy and a very nice team.
It's been amazing working with the DoorStead team to get my condo ready and finding the right tenant. They have an amazing team who takes away the pain of renting ,vetting the tenants and managing the property from landlords. I opted for Guaranteed Rent option and couldn't be happier. I admire Michael & Doorstead's availability via text message and email in response to my questions and concerns regarding find a place to rent in LA. He was very responsive, accommodating and thorough in his communication to me. They also directed me to the right people in the case the person I was in contact with did not have the answer. Getting in touch with the right utility providers and move in logistics helped for a smooth rental search process.

Doorstead platform is super easy to use! I just listed my property and already am getting showings and applications. I liked how they guided me through the process of creating my listing, really took the worry out of it. The instructions provided for setting up my lockbox was very straightforward. I like the automated text alert system when I have showings. The price is reasonable for the convenience and value the platform offers.
