Doug was easy to talk to, prompt at returning calls, and helped guide us through a stressful protocol of seemingly endless requests by underwriting. I realize the economy is currently unstable, but SHEESH! He kept his cool and talked us off the proverbial ledge. Actually, he seems to be a great guy, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
