More transparency in explaining the real reason why the interest rate given to me was very high at 7.125% compared to the prevailing g leave of only 6.2%. I was locked in at this high rate even if the loan application started all over again for the same property. Although I knew that the decision came from the loan officer not from the loan originator. I clearly explained the reason for the higher rate was because you rescinded your offer after we had locked the rate and then decided to go back to the home you rescinded the offer on. Since we had already broken the lock, I informed you there would be an increase in the rate since the rate stays with the property.
