Dr. Andrew Jacono, MD is amazing! Not only is he a warm, compassionate and talented surgeon he will give you an honest and realistic opinion/recommendation for cosmetic procedures and surgeries. I had my first Rhinoplasty with a “top surgeon” in New York City at Lenox Hill Hospital in 2000. Although my overall experience was pleasant the outcome of the surgery was not. Dr. Jacono is a master surgeon. With the eye of an artist, he is excellent at analyzing one's face and creating a more beautiful image. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery. I still look like myself, but much, much younger. His staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and supportive. I would highly recommend Dr.Jacono for his expertise. By the way, I requested a second consult before surgery and had a chance to discuss any remaining questions with the doctor.
Dr. Jacono did botox and juvederm on me and I look amazing, I'm not ready for surgery yet so I decided to start with this. He was so gentle and really listened to what look I was going for. The only thing I can say I was not happy with was his assistant(I think her name is Joyce) She is so condescending and short with you. I felt unwanted by her. Everything else was great! Thank you Dr. Jacono!
My procedure was a lateral temporal brow lift. Dr jacono worked his magic yet again and gave me the look that I asked for. His operating staff Harriet and Cathy made me feel most comfortable with their wonderful bedside manner. Pictures were taken before I proceeded to the operating suite, which is a state of the art facility. When the procedure was over I was made most comfortable and left with the utmost satisfaction
Changed my life!!! Amazing results. Spot on from what he showed me during the consultation. Very nice staff, made me feel comfortable. Discussed what he was going to do during the procedure with me and my family. Even after surgery all of my questions were answered and I still felt comfortable with what had been done.

My experience over all was great. I don't think I was expecting the bruising to last as long as it did but I have a lot of patience and got thru it with the help of family and Dr. Jacono along with his staff especially one female assistant who was very caring. I was interested in cosmetic surgery because of my sagging jowl and lack of definition in my chin. Dr. Jacono returned these features perfectly with minimal pain and no post surgical problems at all. The surgery went well and as awful as I looked immediately following the surgery I was back at work with noticeable bruising on my chin after 12 days. In may 2013 it will be a year since my second fraxel treatment. My face is still extremely sensitive to the sun even after reapplying sunblock for the third or fourth time and after wearing a cap whenever i see there is a bit of sun out. I also noticed hyper pigmentation developing on my upper cheeks. I never had a hyper pigmentation issue before.
