I have had the wonderful experience getting to know the kind and professional staff at Dr Jacono's MediSpa.They answer any questions you may have about a procedure. I would rate Dr Jacono's staff a triple A plus rating. After leaving such a relaxing atmosphere with a wonderful and knowledgable staff, you feel pampered, having been in such good hands. My experience over all was great. I don't think I was expecting the bruising to last as long as it did but I have a lot of patience and got thru it with the help of family and Dr. Jacono along with his staff especially one female assistant who was very caring. I was interested in cosmetic surgery because of my sagging jowl and lack of definition in my chin. Dr. Jacono returned these features perfectly with minimal pain and no post surgical problems at all. The surgery went well and as awful as I looked immediately following the surgery I was back at work with noticeable bruising on my chin after 12 days. In may 2013 it will be a year since my second fraxel treatment. My face is still extremely sensitive to the sun even after reapplying sunblock for the third or fourth time and after wearing a cap whenever i see there is a bit of sun out. I also noticed hyper pigmentation developing on my upper cheeks. I never had a hyper pigmentation issue before. When it comes to any facial fillers the most important thing to remember is that the purpose of it all is to fill out what was lost through the years not over creating a new shape to the particular area and end up looking like a giffrent person...possibly a scary one!!! Not Worth the Gamble A gamble not worth taking. I have seen Dr. Jacono's beautiful work (both in-person with a friend, and online in photos). It is what drew me to him initially. That, and his 'smooth-guy' "ya girl, I got you" attitude that helped me feel that he was committed an genuinely cared about my outcomes. What I have unfortunately learned through my experience with Dr. Jacono, is that when he achieves an amazing result, it is SUPERB. Wasn't really happy with the results for the price I paid Wasn't really happy with the results for the price I paid. I regret believing all the hyped up reviews and praise he gets in social media. Had to get Coolsculpting and a lot of other treatments after a year because my jaw and neck were still loose and saggy. After care is also NON existent post surgery. Extraordinary work - he made me look 15 years younger I did a deep plane facelift, a necklift, a temporal lift, open rhinoplasty and liplift. It sounded like a lot but this multiple combination resulted in a perfect harmonious outcome. I used to pull my jaws up in the mirror and imagine myself 15 years younger.
