I had lower eye surgery 7 weeks ago and am delighted with results !! I had the fat pad removed and laser for skin laxity and am very happy with results as I no longer look tired and I have a better contour to the eye and upper cheek area. I would only consider surgery with Dr De Silva as I had my upper eyelids done with him 2 years ago and was so pleased with finding a surgeon with his expert eye and knowledge.

Dr De Silva was the first surgeon I saw regarding a septoplasty. & once seen never wanted to see anyone else . He explained everything to me including that If I just had a septoplasty. It would make other quirks more noticeable. & at 58. That was the last thing I wanted . So I went ahead with a Rhinoplasty & septoplasty in January this year without any hesitation. 3 months post op upper blepharoplasty. So pleased with the results. Highly recommend Dr De Silva. I will be using him again in future for a lower facelift. Any fear of pain was in my mind as it was much better than I expected
I had upper and lower blepharoplasty, laser resurfacing, skin pinch and fat transfer. My eyes look better than I ever hoped they would. I am still noticing slight improvements and I’m looking forward to the scarring disappearing completely, which I am confident it will do. Really pleased with the results of rhinoplasty with Dr. Julian and his team. Being only 19, I was initially nervous about the idea of sedation and the safety of the procedure. This team was very good at explaining and reassuring me at every appointment, and I found the surgery much easier than I had expected. The sedative process was quick, like falling asleep, and I felt no discomfort (I had never been under any sedation before, but despite my initial anxiety this was not unpleasant and really easy). Great experience from beginning to end. I was explained everything for my Rhinoplasty/ septoplasty. Never wanted a general anesetic & was so happy with sedation. Home after 3 hours no pain, sickness . Anything. Just followed the advice I was given along with the app support. The care given was first class. Support from the staff was always there if needed. I can not recommend Dr de Silva enough. I am now 4 months post op. & am very pleased with the result. I can not recommend Dr de silva & his team enough.
