Got exactly what I asked for, a natural looking result. I would recommend Dr. Julian De Silva in a heartbeat! If I am looking for anything else done in the future I know I already have the surgeon who I know I would feel happiest with.

From beginning to end of my op I felt no pain what so ever. You go in come out and it's all over before you know it. The staff were brilliant. A true master surgeon. 5 star service. I would highly recommend Dr De Silva. Thank you Dr De Silva.
Fantastic surgeon, could not be happier with the results. I had upper and lower eye lid surgery. I had twilight sedation which was excellent, did not feel a thing and felt like I'd had a great sleep. No side effects whatsoever. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I am so glad I chose Dr De Silva . Would highly recommend Dr De Silva to anyone considering facial surgery.

From my first consultation with Dr de Silva he put me at ease and I felt entirely confident that he was an outstanding plastic surgeon. His manner was consistently calm, patient and professional, but without lacking warmth. I had upper blepharoplasty and was conscious that I needed to be exceptionally careful about choosing a surgeon to operate on such a delicate and vital area. I came to doctor Dr. Julian with the idea to change the tip of my nose but He advised me to balance the lower part of my face and to have chin implant surgery . I didn’t know if it would work, or whether I would like the look of my face afterwards. I just trusted his as His speciality is to keep things looking as natural as possible . I am almost fully recovered now but I can’t help but keep looking at my new chin which feels a natural part of me and at the same time fills me with me joy . I’m so glad I did it !
Having suffered from lower eye bags since a young age I had always dreamed of getting surgery but my nerves had always stood in the way.
