NEVER STAY HERE! Hotel was terrible. From check in (surprise $100 fee/hold when checking in....no clue about that) Terrible neighborhood. View of Arch/water should have been beautiful...however apparently the windows have never been cleaned so couldn't see much. Curtains were broken. TV didn't work. Pillows were beyond flat and bed was terribly uncomfortable. Spend the extra money and stay in Missouri. Neighborhood was horrible.

Property right near the metro link which was nice. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The air in the room would never stay set at the temperature we would turn it to. There was an odor from the air conditioner. There was just a flat sheet to lay on. No fitted sheet. Then a sheet on either side of the comforter which we found odd. Not recommend Payed extra for a room facing the arch, but the outside of the window was filthy. Mold growing on the grout in the shower. Overall I would give it 1 star. Not likely to recommend to anyone.
