The room online did not look like what I got and the lighten in the room was terrible also the floor was very dirty

Very old fashioned they are very nice but they need to update everything but the staff was Great it is overpriced to be old fashioned

Honestly God awful room. We arrived around midnight and we're tired from a long first day in St Louis. After finally being helped I was running my card for security deposit and it "didn't go through" I figured ok she was a new employee and it happens so I would run my card again. Ran it then realized I was charged $100 and $174. I brought this issue up (I am non confrontational) and was instantly berated by the more senior desk clerk, Dante, who was extremely rude.
