Terrible facility. Terrible management Sewage came out of evey fixture in the bathroom. Poop right out of the shower head onto my face. The front desk clerk laughed and the manager offered a comp night but seemed combattive and dismissive. I just abandoned this reservation and left. He even made excuses for the plumbing work that was being done in the hotel at the time. I brought the man a crap covered bathtowel for god sake..

Don’t stay at this hotel. Deposit not refunded Me and my boyfriend stayed at the draft kings casino and hotel on 2-27-22 and checked out 2-28-22. Our stay was wonderful, we arrived a little early and our room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to a room with a view of the arch. I had to give them my debit card for the deposit, my card was charged 115 dollars and as of today 3-8-22 I have yet to receive my deposit back and now my bank is in the negative. I absolutely loved this hotel but I will not stay there again

Ugh Im going to be honest. I usually have good things to say about most places I stay but in this case I don't. I was very disappointed. When checking in, the desk clerk was on her personal phone and checking me in at the same time. The parking was confusing and you had to go all the way around each time. The view i had was lookin into a building. The chair was dirty and looked like someone had had sex on it and it wasnt cleaned up. Overall juat a disappointing stay. Wont be back

Nice staff, but room smelled of smoke, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable

Will not be back The room itself was nice but the service wasnt even close to being par. First off they didnt want to allow us to use another form of payment than the card used to reserve the room which on the website it states you can do and your card wont be charged until you authorize the hotel to do so and it clearly states you don't have to use the card on file you can use another form of payment if you wish.
