I liked having a casino next door & am glad to see they're adding some dining options. This is not in a great area, esp for out-of-towners who don't know the area.

Shaking my damn head It was horrible i went to the front desk to let them know that there was stains on the carpet, and a sock in the room that wasn't ours...a pubic hair in the shower and the curtain rod fell off. The next morning the house cleaner stated outside our door we complained then started slamming every door she cleaned...4 days later the manager still hasn't contacted us

The staff are more interested in being on their phone than giving good customer service, the first room we went to had a broken refrigerator and curtains hanging off the wall, nothing was explained to us about anything, the Kleenex’s were out, along with the conditioner in the bathroom, I was not impressed

Will never stay here again! Front desk was extremely rude and acted like they could careless if we were there or not. Hotel was somewhat clean but very outdated with very old elevators. The shower head was broken as well. We will not be staying here again. Even the casino was lacking and didn't even have food available. The entire experience was disappointing.

I was upset refrigerator didnt work and stains in carpet, also burnt out lite bulbs.

HOTEL VISTA MISSISIPI Hotel, vista "Vecchio Mississipi " isolato e abbastanza distante da St.Louis scomoda e ripida la scalinata(senza ascensore)che collega la metropolitana all'hotel.Stanza molto spaziosa , mobili molto datati così come il televisore , senza bottiglia acqua cortesia né tantomeno bollitore unico extra numero 4 filtri caffè (2 normali e 2 decaffeinati) con 2 kit monoporzione per dolcificare, abbiamo richiesto alla reception n 2 filtri (pagandoli) ma l'addetto ha risposto che non era possibile averli.Personale... read more
