This unit had a defective on off button and was not easy for me to install. It never "found" my PC.

If I was using this for business, probably not a good buy. It's adequate - comes with PaperPort software which I like, but appears to be an abbreviated version. Does not have all the tools I'm accustomed to seeing. Scan quality is adequate but not outstanding.
