Business card scanner has spelling errors and can’t convert into an Outlook contact
Instructions were useless, constant error 03 and 04. In summary, it was an overall waste of time.

I am upset that I cannot successfully download the system without a direct usb connection to my laptop. I’ve contacted and gone through the step by step direction of Brother Tech services, unsuccessfully, just to be advised to get a USB Type C and micro chord that will allow a direct connection to my MacBook Air. This should’ve been mentioned in the instruction packet and on the advertisement of the scanner.

It scan each page separate. Don’t like have do extra to combine into one pdf.

You have to have internet and computer to get the software loaded to use for receipt program to work.
This scanner will not work to directly scan to Mac as advertised. The DSMobile Mac software from the Brother website crashed more than one Mac computer with current operating systems during install. You are stuck scanning to the SD card and then importing the the files. The LCD screen has no backlight and that makes it really hard to read in low light.

This unit does not allow the paper to be put in straight without a lot work. The paperwork copies walks out of the preselected paper slot. More work then it’s worth!! Gary
