All I can say about this scanner is that if you have any reservations about buying, just buy it. You won't regret it! It scans pretty quickly and accurately. I have only used my to scan documents at 300 dpi. It takes about 7 seconds for a single letter size sheet. A full color photo at 600 dpi will obviously take longer. I think this scanner is best suited for documents since the max resolution is only 600 dpi, I like the fact I can scan directly onto the included SD card then transfer the SD card to my laptop. ONLY PICKED ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WAS THE LOWEST I COULD PICK. I AM ACTUALLY RETURNING IT. IT COMES WITH A SD CARD AND I CANNOT GET IT OFF THE SD MODE TO SCAN MODE.

Not a user friendly device at all. it is not what I am looking for.
Both myself and the Geek Squad continued to get error messages on the scanner after several hours of uploading. Geek squad said they had to go thru 80 pages of instructions to find solutions. I returned it after seeing it would continue to be frustrating process.
Inconsistent except the vast majority of time it fails with an error. For best results I recommend you iron your documents before scanning them. It doesn't like bumps. Pharmacy receipts that have stickers on them always fail. Too thick I suppose. The biggest disappointment is it can't handle extra long store receipts. It will "jam" at some point. Always and without regard if it being the same receipt or not. Very close to being junk.
I haven't been able to even use this yet because I can't get past the set up it won't even connect to the WiFi if I get past this and figure it out I might give a better star rating also the display screen is so small and dark it's not easy to read
This product did not meet the expectations that I had even after reading numerous reviews and thinking that it would work. I never was able to get the wifi setting to work. In addition, was not able to get all the software to correctly install on computer and work. The quality of scans were poor as well.
I was excited for the possibilities of mobile scanning. The software and set up was confusing and after a good amount of frustration never workef. i threw it in my closet.
